Hi Kathryn! Just wanted to let you know that I personally took your item to the post office to be scanned and I have a receipt with a tracking number. I just wanted to let you know that I did ship it out on Monday, even though it says "pending". Thanks!

@katbosyk I know. Here's the problem: it went to the wrong person. However, the person with it won't send it back. I put the wrong label from a previous customer. She acknowledged having the shirt, but won't contact me about getting it back. I'm pissed. It was my fault, but I don't know what to do when she won't send it back. I'm pissed. 😟
