kathryn_west @annie277474 thanks! We got a pretty good amount of snow for the south so i hope it still gets here today! I’ll take a look at the strap and let you know. I’ve found replacements already so it might be okay. Thanks for being so honest. I’ve wanted a neverfull so long and i don’t think I’ll be able to find another that looks as nice as this one for the price. The leather on this is still light and looks newer and the canvas looks to be in great shape. I’ll let you know when i get it :)

kathryn_west @annie277474 i read that scrubbing with laundry detergent usually works on the inside so i plan on trying that! Unfortunately i don’t think it is going to come today :( the tracking hasn’t changed

kathryn_west @annie277474 hey, i saw that. I’ve had it happen before where it goes back to where it was sent from then ends up in the right place. I don’t know what’s going on either but i hate that it’s happening with an expensive item! If it comes back to you i still want it. I’ll keep an eye on it today too. I think it never even left Michigan in the first place because no one else scanned it. Crazy priority mail is taking this long!!
