hmd_closeouts Hi, noticed you left a 2 star on the dress you purchased from us. You state it’s smelling like cigarettes. I assure you we don’t smoke and all our items are washed and steamed prior to packaging as I myself suffer from allergies. Not sure how the dress smells like cigarettes.
