trudyrichards @starbuck241 Just got your message. Tracking shows that this package was delivered June 18, 2020, 11:50 am, at the Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room. Now that you've marked the item as delivered and rated it, you'll have to contact Poshmark to let them know that it wasn't received, as there's not an automatic way for me to do that on my end.

trudyrichards @starbuck241 To do this, just go to the order page, click on the Problems/Order Inquiry dropdown menu and select Order not Delivered. Since I shipped it immediately and it shows as delivered, they'll take care of the resolution.

cinrengreen Hi. You purchased TB flats from me on April 5th. I have been following the tracking and it has been all over the place. Today the package is in Virginia which is where I live. I sent 2 emails to Posh about this. You should have your shoes and I should have my funds. I've never seen the USPS do this poorly before. You may want to reach out to Posh too.
