Hello! You purchased the North Face from me. I’m prepping it for shipping and noticed a small stain and hole on the inside arm. I am SO sorry!!! I didn’t see it before or I never would have posted it :( I’m assuming you no longer want it so I’ll cancel it. Again, I’m so sorry!!

Hi, I just saw your one star review for the North Face pants for "not convertible as advertised". Are you sure you were rating the correct item? If you roll the legs of the pants I sent you, you will find the strap/tab inside that attaches to the button on the outside as shown in the pictures on the listing. Once you've had a chance to confirm, I would appreciate it if you would update your rating accordingly.

I am sorry you were disappointed with the shoes. Not sure why you chose to accept them instead of returning them. We would have gladly taken them back. As I told you in my message, I did not know how many miles they had on them. They are women’s shoes and I am a man, so I did not wear them. We try very hard to keep our rating high and would have preferred the opportunity to fix any concerns you had. The shoes were in much better condition than the 1 rating you gave.

@ukblue87 sir you are the first person I have rated low. I have loved all my products from here and have gave exceptional ratings due to quality, condition, and service. I am still trying to figure out how all the site works. I was unaware I could simply not accept them.

@bokate628 you say that you haven’t rated anyone else a one star, however...see the comment above this from kccorey where you rated his North Face convertible pants a 1 Star as well. Poshmark also sends you an email to ask you to accept your purchase with the option to not accept.
