My preference is to cancel the order because I clearly see this mark and they were listed as brand new. At this price point I would expect they are absolutely perfect with not a single mark. If you don’t see that option, there’s an option to report a problem & say that there was an issue and you want to cancel & seller agreed. Hi there, I am so sorry while packing the jeans and tag I saw that the style name is ROGER not REI-they are pretty much identical beside a little pocket on the leg. I am really sorry for that mistake. I thought the model is called REI. Please let me know if you would like to get them anyway. I can send a pic from the tag.

@kboino yes, both jeans are the ROGER. The girl from whom I bought the 40 had them posted as REI as well and that is why I got confused. If you prefer them comfy the 40 are great. I like them a little tighter that is why I bought the 38. I am happy to mail either. Of course only if you like them. Otherwise we would just have to cancel the purchase. Again, I am really sorry for that mistake.
