lizwager Hi Kathryn! I’m not getting any info from USPS regarding an investigation and I also filled out a lost merchandise form and haven’t heard anything back. I have to assume it’s on the floor somewhere and I’m so sorry! I shipped out a bunch of items at once and that probably caused confusion in the post office. Poshmark says to let them know by tomorrow so I’ll see what they want me to do (if it’s different than just cancelling and refunding?) Again, I’m really sorry :(
