lambchop88 I have been notified that I have shipped your shoes to another customer and vice versus. I am so sorry about this and have notified Poshmark of the mistake. However you, Poshmark, and other customer want to handle is fine with me. I am willing to refund money or if other customer is willing to mail the sandals to you then I am willing to pay for postage.

kathryn1080 @lambchop88 - Hi, I received the sandals. I am happy to mail them back to you or to the person they are supposed to go to. Please just let me know how you would like me to handle it. Maybe you could do a partial refund for the postage that I spend? Just give me the address and the go ahead. If I get a refund and don't end up with the original shoes it will not be the end of the world.

lambchop88 @kathryn1080 There should be a place to notify Poshmark about the mistake that Poshmark will send you and ask if shipment was ok. I’ve notified them as well but I think the correct channel is to report it as wrong item sent. I’m sure we aren’t the first ones that this has ever happened to. They can give you a prepaid label to put on the sandals so there is no cost to you. That is what I think/guess will happen.

lambchop88 . I am more than agreeable to your suggestion but I think reporting it what Poshmark will want to happen. Just as a FYI..... I am leaving tonight to volunteer at a special needs camp that is in a remote wooded area and cel/internet is hit and miss especially since our phones are taken up most of day so we’ll focus on the campers. I say this so when/if you see my closet says I’m gone you won’t think I’m avoiding you! I want to make this right and am horrified at the mistake on my part.

jenigonzalez I am truly sorry you weren’t happy with the Guess Handbag. I had no problem with carrying it on my shoulder. Not a very fair review from you for a $75 handbag that was sold at $14 and in almost perfect condition. Again I apologize the strap is not long enough for you. Again I am sorry you were dissatisfied.

kathryn1080 @jenigonzalez - Thanks for the response. I've given it away to someone at work. It is my fault because I should not have made the purchase without getting measurements first. I will change the star rating for you. Two other things to note, the photo showed tags on the purse. There were no tags on it when it arrived and it smelled of perfume so strongly that I would not have been able to wear it anyway without finding a way to wash it somehow. It is truly overwhelming.

The photo was an earlier photo I had taken so I apologize and should have updated. I apologize if it smelled of perfume. I must be use to it because I didn't notice that at all.
