foolou Hi sweetie it's Cathy. I shipped the earrings and they never scanned. I really have alot of issues with this small town post office in this is the second pkg not scanned and lost,i'e had 3 destroyed and they never honor my claim. If you would like to choose something else double the value Id be happy to do that,or I can refund you money which ever you prefer I am happy to do!!!

snorincats Yes, I contacted Poshmark through the help link, and asked about the return process. My guess is, since it’s been almost consistently rainy or damp for so long, that somewhere along the line, the box the shoes were in got damp—-and recent high heat didn’t help either. It’s unfortunate, because I have the same shoes in other colors, and love them, an was looking forward to having them in that color... Noone’s fault.

sarahmc57 Good morning. You ordered the Under Armor t-shirt yesterday, May 22. I am very sorry but when I pulled out the t-shirt from storage that you ordered to mu horror I found a hole. It is from Dec 2018 when I first started my store. When I found this I felt the best way to handle is to simply cancel the order and toss the shirt. The t-shirt does NOT represent my standards allowed in my store for ANY item. Please forgive. I have contacted Poshmark to refund your monies.

hisloveheals Hi Kathryn I messaged you a couple days ago regarding the topaz pendant you ordered that I had to cancel. In the process of moving an entire jewelry box went lost. It turned out it fell under the seat of my son in laws car. So I have it now. I want to see if you still want the topaz pendant.
