kathrynleto31 @wineflower hi i did as promised. I want to apologize in advanced for not only the delay but the size on box i had to use for such a little item 🤦🏻‍♀️. I live in new york city and between trying to print the label and work around the post offices reduced hours everything requires a bit more patience then it used to pre-corona. Again, thank you so much for the flexibility and apologies it took me a bit longer to ship. We should get the tracking notification any minute now!

kathrynleto31 @wineflower hi. I am so sorry but i have a sinking feeling that this was lost by the mail. I shipped this out on 6/15 which was 2 full weeks ago. :( i have been tracking everyday and the last update i see is from 6/19- this is so strange and really abnormal. I have opened another claim with posh as they told me to on 6/29 if we had no new news- i want to make sure your money is refunded. I feel terrible this happened because it was a beautiful necklace and i know you would have loved it.

kathrynleto31 @wineflower hi hope your having a nice week. This was definitely lost in the mail, i cant believe the misfortune especially considering it was a nicer item. I have reached out to posh support per their direction 3 times since 6/29, have not heard back. I think maybe if you have the time to open a claim it would help expedite your refund. I feel horrible about this i wish there was more that i could do.
