fnitterlisa @paper_petalsi don't understand how to communicate with people who have only bundled one item or people who like multiple items that never bundled..how to send them an offer etc

paper_petals @fnitterlisa Unfortunately you can’t actually talk to a person directly! What I do is tag the person who made the bundle in the comment section of one of the listings. I think Posh doesn’t have direct a communication system because they want all comments to be readable by the Posh employees, and to ensure that you don’t conduct a transaction off Posh. (They want their 20% of each sale!)

paper_petals @fnitterlisa Oh and also you send an offer by clicking on the bundle that someone has made and tap “Offer”, just like you can do with “Offer to Likers” on an individual item. You should be able to see when someone bundles on your newsfeed. I’ve also noticed people often have one item bundles, which is fine, and you can send an offer on the bundle just like you do with multiple item bundles. It’s weird and confusing, but I hope I’m explaining okay!

paper_petals @fnitterlisa I don’t know! People are confused and it’s confusing! Everyone is confused sometimes it seems 🤣 And yes, you can offer to someone directly, but you can’t actually speak to someone aside from whatever is offered for the item.

paper_petals @fnitterlisa click on the listing, and you should see a “price drop” option, and you’ll see the private “Offer to Likers” button. Tap this, and then make sure you price at least 10% less than what your current price is, and select the shipping discount of your choosing. Do this on items with a lot of likes, and you’re sure to get some sales! 🤗☺️🤗

paper_petals @fnitterlisa You have to print them! Look at your sales and then click on the sale you want to print the label for. There should be a button called “download shipping label” and you can print one directly from there. They should be coming to your email inbox though, so it’s strange that they haven’t arrived!

paper_petals @fnitterlisa If the listing has sold, you can’t! I’m not sure why. It gets a little messy, but I like to ensure that I share only my available listings, and then the sold listings all pile up at the bottom of my closet!
