kjosselyn19 @tinaberger Hi Tina, my package arrived today. Thank you for packaging the bag so nicely, and the card and lipstick.... Love love the bag, but there is a problem with the zipper. It is very difficult to open and close 😩

tinaberger @kjosselyn19 - oh no! I’m so sorry! I watched a couple of YouTube videos. One suggestion is to use a little white birthday candle. Run the candle down the area where the teeth meet with the zipper closed. Then run the zipper open & closed a few times to work the wax in. You can also use olive oil on a q-tip. Just be careful to use a tiny amount & not get it on the zipper fabric. The lady I watched used these methods on a LV bag, (cont)

kjosselyn19 @tinaberger Hi Tina, thanks for the suggestions, but the problem seems to be that the zipper bulges when you try to move the zipper from either end. I’m concerned the zipper will break. Really love the bag, but after thinking about it I think it would be best to return it. Really disappointed 😩

tinaberger @kjosselyn19 - I checked & you will need to go to the order section & file a problem report. I cannot do it on my end (or I would). You just need to enter the issue with the bag. When they contact me, I will let them know that I am in agreement for the return. So very sorry that it did not work out for you.
