I do understand and I apologize, I am not attempting to low ball. I have a budget of $25 and was attempting to stay close to that. I have purchased a couple of very nice pairs recently that were listed as 6.5 and when received actually measured at a 6 and will have to be reposhed.. I'm sure you understand how that goes.
