riobird1012 @meganposher Thank you. I didn’t see the second sweatshirt until after the fact, but I’m excited. I live in Florida and it’s hard to come by winter soft goods. My fiancé and I travel to NW Montana twice a year to camp in October and snowboard in March. Some extra warm goodies make our trips extra comfy. I’m super excited. Thank you so much!

steffi3tmc @riobird1012 Hi Kathryn, The top was ordered by a girl name Kristen and I must have transposed the two labels. I have sent messages to the girl who got the Hanna Anderson top. As soon as she contacts us we can get Poshmark to send new swapped labels to you. If she sends it back to me it will take twice the time. Hopefully we can have this resolved by tonight or at least tomorrow.

riobird1012 @steffi3tmc I totally understand how that could happen. I packaged the item I received, the Hannah Andersson top and note with earrings exactly the way you had it. Unfortunately the tissue paper is a little worse for the wear, but I did my best. It’s all repackaged and ready for a new label to slap on the front. riobird1012 @steffi3tmc Hey there, I received a mailing label from Poshmark via email for the Hannah Andersson top that Kristin ordered. I affixed it and mailed it out the very next day. I have not received any communication from Poshmark or the Patagonia shorts. Nothing to imply they are en route. In the meantime I am out $40 and the status under case review says “Case Resolved”. I don’t know what that means. I sent Kristin the top. Paid for the Patagonia shorts, and nothing...

It’s disheartening when things vanish 👎 I am still mourning my $1000.00 + winter coat that never made it to a buyer in New Hampshire. I would have never sent it if I didn’t think it would be loved and treasured.
