drrobinkrause @ktrussell73 I called a USPS supervisor but could only leave a message. I am so upset because I rushed to the post office Monday to get the package there by 5pm. I had to drop it in a box for packages already labeled with shipping info. The other two packages I dropped off on Monday are tracking. I’ll keep you posted. Best, Robin

drrobinkrause @ktrussell73 I’ve received a confirmation of the package pick up which never occurred, ironically USPS would have it tracking if they truly completed the Package Pick Up request. I’ve called the supervisor again and left a detailed message. I’ll keep working until this is resolved. Best, Robin

drrobinkrause @ktrussell73 hi, Kathryn, I went to to USPS today and they are so busy all supervisors are out on routes. They are experiencing week-long delays She also said they are so busy that things are not always getting scanned. I am going to send you a free gift for your troubles and if it doesn’t turn up by Mon. I will file a claim. My sincerest apologies If by some miracle your package does show up before Monday, please let me know. I wish you well💕

We are sorry to hear that the postal service has not updated the tracking information for your order. It is likely that they made an error or is experiencing delays, and the package may take a couple extra days for it to begin tracking. Not to worry, we got your back on this. If tracking does not update by Dec 9th, please reach back out to us.”
