wrapitup_ Hi, I was replying to a comment you made on another’s poshers closet about liking then unliking someone’s closet. However she must have mistaken my comment and blocked me. My question is why would someone like them unlike a closet? And I wonder if this is happening to me as well. How can I tell? Thanks! If this offends you somehow let me know because ppl are just getting offended by anything these days and she blocked me and I don’t know what I did to upset her. Thank you for clueing me in

She was talking about this ongoing trend of people unfollowing then refollowing one’s closet and how it has been negatively affecting her closet. This behaviour has been negatively affecting my closet as well, so I believe that she has a valid point and that this issue definitely needs to be addressed. I was never offended, so no worries.

kathrynbrees @wrapitup_ I’ve just been noticing that ever since I’ve been promoted to a Posh Ambassador, that most of my notifications are followings. Before I got promoted, it was shares. The problem w these followings is a lot of people have been unfollowing then refollowing me. I had two instances where closets were doing this multiple times, trying to get my attention, and I had to block them once it became excessive. You get way more business then me, does any of this sound familiar? I appreciate ü

wrapitup_ @kathrynbrees I don’t pay attention because I do get so many followers. I can’t keep track of this many people. I do try to follow back and share, unless they look sketchy then I leave it alone. Thanks so much for taking the time to explain what y’all are noticing. I just share share share and make offers and go about my day. It’s a shame people do this for attention. Sharing is more effective and kind. Thanks again! And for the shares 😊

kathrynbrees @wrapitup_ that’s a solid point, you’re welcome! 🖤 I just feel like it’s kind of ironic that I was getting better business before being promoted to ambassador. I’m wondering if it has anything to do with now getting 90% followers, 9% shares, 0.5% likes, and 0.5% sales. 😅😢 I just thought people unfollowed only on other sites, not Poshmark. It shouldn’t even matter 😅😔

I know the mission of my closet is to give people a chance to purchase products before I donate them, but sometimes it’s nice to make some extra money.
