hugapug Caution, this buyer who has never sold anything purchased jeans from me and left 4 of 5 rating because they didn’t fit her. The accurate measurements were in the listing, they were not listed as new and were accurately described as they were. She asked for a refund, I said her options were to reposh or open a case if she felt the description was inaccurate. I reviewed the listing and measurements and everything was completely accurate.

hugapug If she opened a case it was denied. We as sellers depend on our ratings, I am an ambassador 2, a top rated seller, top sharer, etc. I take this seriously and want my buyers to be informed and happy. In her rating she said I needed to improve upon my listing accuracy because my measurements didn’t match the manufacturers measurements and they must have been shrank from being washed and dried (which is the standard of care according to the Agolde tag).
