Hi Kathy you brought the MK Rain boots from me& I see you gave me a 3 star rating & said "could improve." I'm really baffled over this rating those boots were in excellent condition as the pictures shows. Can you explain to me what the problem was? I tske pride in the merchandise I see and would never sell anything that I wouldn't want myself. All of my ratings have been nothing but 5 stars up until this point. Please let me know why you were not satisfied. 😔 Blessings

@lbeck68 I feel so bad now, when I got them they looked funny, white splotches coloring as I was expecting black and shiny. I did the review before I go ogled why they looked like that, I never heard that rubber boots have that blooming affect and to wash them and put olive oil on them to restore the finish. I did that today and thier like brand hew. How can I change the rating to give 5 stars, again I apologize

I still own a red pair that continue to do the same thing. 😕Also, not only can you use oil, u can also use Armore Tire Shine. I only wanted to you to be pleased with your purchase. Hi just wanted to keep you updated. I called the post office to check why the package went to denver first since that really never happens. I was worried that it was going somewhere else. They told me. Sometimes that happens where it goes to another distribution center. But he said they have your address in the system and it's going to you. He just couldn't tell me why the delay. Sorry about that! I wanted to make sure it was not gonna get lost.

@ktrush I received an update it's in your state now at your nearest distribution center, yay! Usually it gwts sent to your home post office the same day if not rhe following, Geez! I never had a 2nd day air package take this long, so sorry about that! I bet the gentleman I spoke to over the phone didn't want to tell me the package was sent to denver in error. That is the only logical explanation for it.
