Portion control and eating healthy, I am not saying it is easy, but I feel so much better. Less medications. Your other 3 packages are on the way., but one is not tracking. Have a great day.

I’m so sorry for being behind in accepting orders occasionally. I had 3 surgeries in 5 months which resulted in knee replacement and had a failed back surgery that gives me sciatica 24/7.
