Hi, I shipped out your earrings today. It looks like I made a shipping error and shipped out another persons order to you. It looks like I printed 2 labels for you and shipped. This has never happened before. I was hoping you could just revert the shipment back to me by writing return to sender on the box. The post office will return to me as long as it has not been opened. I was recently layed off from work due to all that is going on right now and I am in need of the funds for this sale.

I provided them with all the information and let them know we have been in contact. I’m hoping they have a solution. I really don’t know how they will proceed as this has never happened to me before as a seller or buyer.

@mkcn I don’t know if they will have you just ship it back to me instead or weather they charge your account for the other item you received. I truly take pride in offering my buyers a wonderful Poshmark experience when they shop with me and I need to provide my other buyer with a solution fast.
