Hi! I'm Kathy. I have a 26 year old Mentally Handicapped son with Autism Disorder that has great days and really rough days in which I pray over without ceasing. If you'd like to join in that, it would be a blessing. He is my boy trapped in a man's disguise. beautifulfinds2 @arasplayground go to postmark guidelines and that will help. I believe they will email a mailing label, then you shop, then when I receive it I accept and pay. After that, you get paid. 😊

arasplayground I mailed it !!! The post office gave me a hard time or that particular postal worker..wants me to go another branch to get boxes..imagine that...they wanted me to go flat rate or let my own box..WOW!! thus the big box..i said to give me any priority box..🙄🤐😝 anyway... I hope you enjoy it..be careful in throwing the paper..i have some gifts for you...check before throwing the paper...text me when you receive your stuff...

gatorchild @beautifulfinds2 Getting out of the wheelchair 1st. Controlling portions 2nd. I try to use a 6" salad plate instead of an 8" dinner plate. Smaller bowels too. That helps bunches. My favorite exercise is pushing away from the table. LOL!😊 I hate plain water, but I have been adding a no-calorie, no-sugar flavoring & it helps a lot. Less sugar in tea & kool-aid too. Perseverance!! Gonna try to get in a water aerobics class soon, I hope.

beautifulfinds2 @gatorchild I can relate. I was on a walker for a while from an injury. I did water therapy but medicine really put weight on me. I have really cut my portions down since I'm not as mobile as I used to be.

gatorchild @beautifulfinds2 I can totally relate. Most of my family isn't small to begin with. I had the chair for going out, but then had foot surgery & couldn't put any weight on it for 16wks. I also have chronic pain & didn't move much myself. I was miserable. I'm still a plus size, but I feel so much better now. 100lbs is like carrying my ex-mother-in-law. It's just not a good thing.
