fifi Same thing, you purchased the Patricia Nash from me, I enclosed pics of scratches etc and said used good condition, all was accurate I wonder why you weren't pleased. I try to always be truthful in description and the pics. I'm disappointed you downgraded stars. If was brand new would have been $99 not $29
