preppypoppybtq I am sorry you were dissatisfied with your purchase and wish you had reached out before my payment was released as I could have tried to remedy the problem. That dress has never been worn aside from when I tried it on so I do not know why it would not be fully functional. I just checked the zipper on the matching dress to the one you purchased and it works so I'm terribly sorry for your problem. I never would have sold it had I known there was any issue.
