refabz hey I have shipped your item. i just wanted to let you know. idk why it hasn't updated and keeps reminding me to ship... bc I definitely dropped it I to a mail box 2 days ago! so yeah. figured I'd touch base with you and clear things up. hopefully it'll be there soon!!

refabz I've contacted USPS several times today bc this is the second package that has been lost now, from dropping it in the same postal blue drop box... I tried to send screen shots of the calls but am unable to attach pictures. I promise I dropped it the same day I printed the label, and I am so sorry this has happened.

refabz I obviously have no problem with the refund, I just wanted to make sure you knew that it honestly wasn't my fault. I also want you to know that if I do actually get this resolved and track down the missing package, I will ship it to you, free of charge because of this whole mess.
