Dear Kathy, some how your package got sent to another buyer who received yours. I do not know how that happened. I apologize from the bottom of my heart. They are going to send your purchase to you for me and i will be sending them the shipping cost by wire from my bank to there bank using Zelle.

If you would be willing to do the same i will wire transfer the cost off the shipping and refund you the cost of the shoes as well. If you are not set up for Zelle. You can set it up through yr bank online. It is the best way to send money, fast. I feel so bad about this i was crying. Pls forgive the mistake. Sincerely Kristie.
