kathryn1535 I don’t receive the money from Poshmark until you accept the item on the app. Did you return it through the app? You have to go in and request a return/refund through the app.

kathryn1535 @kathyriek Everything has to be done through the Poshmark app. Go into “frequently asked questions” and towards the bottom of the page you are told how to return an item. You can also go into “customer support” and explain it to them. How did you get a label to send it back to me?
