webb1997 @tiffbugg143 she gave me a one star rating too.... the boots she bought are brown and she claims they were gray. She also reported that my seller responsiveness needs improvement when she never contacted me to have a chance to respond.

kathysportsman @lorimjoyner. The pants came in all wrinkled. I don't mean a little. They looked like old tissue paper. If I send something out I would want it to be neat and look pressed. It just made them look bad. No holes or anything else.. it was just the wrinkled looked

kathysportsman @webb1997. The picture showed a dark brown. After receiving the boots I have ask people and they say a gray or a touch of olive green. . So it wasnt the color the picture portrayed. Quality is great..

gothicopheilia @kathysportsman I see you are a tough reviewer , you bought the items on 10/11 & I shipped them on 10/12 at 902am (i have the receipt) so i don’t understand the comment about “not shipping timely” . The bras were purchased by my mother who then had a lumpectomy & was not able /nor allowed to wear those bras. My objective is to package to protect the items not for aesthetics. I will continue to do what is best to deliver my items , maybe suggest in the future you review more fairly .
