lynne_ann_ Hi Kathy! I contacted customer support for advice on how to contact you about the North Face jacket you purchased.I thought it didn't have a tag since it was reversible, but when preparing for shipment and double checking the pockets, I found the tag sewn into pocket. It is actually a girls 14/16 Large, not a 10/12. You can check the North Face website for their size chart and let me know if I should try and cancel the order on my end. My sincere apologies on misquoting the size.
