kathyhamacher @nala4545 Hi Nala these boots look like they have either been cleaned with something that stripped the leather or have had something used on them to try to clean them ? I really don’t love them because of this. How do I return for refund ?

nala4545 @kathyhamacher I did nothing to them but if your not happy we can figure something out. I have never done a refund so I am not sure how. I will look into it. I'm sorry you are displeased. They are made distressed and I only wore once for a couple hours.
