kathycel @mgk5101 I contacted customer service since you purchased 10 items. Let me know how you would like to proceed. They recommended the following: “Thank you for reaching out! We are sorry for any inconvenience. We recommend canceling the order to your discretion and letting the user know that they can make two bundles and only have to pay shipping twice, as oppose to having to pay for shipping 10x.”

mgk5101 @kathycel OK I’m fine with that. So do so buy one batch of five, then wait for you to process that order, then buy the other batch? I’ve never done the bundling before as you can see! But you had exactly everything i was looking for. Thanks for working with me on this.

kathycel @heartscontent I did!!! I opened six posh boxes yesterday while talking to my mom on the phone. After I got off I realized I hadn’t ordered a Kate Spade bag. The confusion began when I hadn’t received another purse I ordered but the posh notification said I had. I assumed she sent me the wrong one. I emailed Posh last night. I will contact Posh to let them know.
