countrygal239 I dropped the heels off at the post office this evening but the truck go in for Tampa distribution center already left at 5:13 PM so it will be out tomorrow start tracking sometime throughout the night but it’s at the post office on its way to California enjoy

deathbedjewels Hi love! I just saw your review & I'm sorry about the scratches on the back coloring, but this is how the crystals come due to the coating. The coloring is on back & only meant to give the multifaceted crystal on the other side a rainbow iridescent glow. These are not used: I made these by hand, brand new for your order, and I took your offer while they were already on sale — so it only covered materials. I'd appreciate you reconsidering your rating & review. lmk if there's anything I can do

deathbedjewels The metal materials, which include genuine silver plated spikes, will affect the shiny finish on the back coating bc I have to fit jump-rings thru drill holes. It's just the rainbow coloring back that shows thru for the multifaceted cut crystal. I wish you would've reached out w/your concerns, I've never had complaints prior. I work incredibly hard on my Jewelry & I make EVERY piece by hand. I don't sell used Jewelry — it's my Jewelry Line. I wouldn't list something new & sell it used either

kathyhilstein @deathbedjewels thanks for your reply. I understand what you are saying but the color part is actually facing front. I wish it were on the back because that would look better. Seems like both crystals are backwards. I will try to fix myself. Don’t worry I won’t ask for refund. They are very cool with the spikes.

deathbedjewels @kathyhilstein Sorry about that love. There's a small silver jump-ring that connects the loop on the bottom of the earring post to the large silver ring on the Gem. Bend open that small ring: find the seam on the ring & bend the two sides (don't pull apart, but push 1 side forward & other backwards to prevent ring from losing shape) — once it's open you just rotate the earring post to face the opposite way, then close the ring by bending the sides back to center

deathbedjewels @kathyhilstein I'll try to find a vid showing how to open & close a jump ring. Second option is to rotate the bottom loop on the earring post by gently bending the metal. Making sure the top earring post remains still, twist the bottom metal loop on the post 180° so it faces the opposite direction. You'll want to rotate the loop to the side by making a small twist, then twist again until it's facing the back so it's completely turned around.
