bestdealgal @soriag hi! I need help! I just posted 4 items. I checked the first one to make sure it posted ok and it did so I posted 3 more ...same but different colors..then i checked on them and can't find any of them. As a matter of fact, I don't see a lot if items I posted. I have something like 30 items or more posted but can only see 15 or so. Can you help?

soriag @bestdealgal you currently have items that are not Poshmark compliant (prohibited) so I my guess is that Poshmark removed your listings. Poshmark acts pretty quickly when it comes to removing not allowed items 😕

soriag @bestdealgal they will be banned soon. Selling something just because someone else is doing it, even though the rules prohibit it, is not a reason Poshmark will accept and let you off the hook 😕

bestdealgal @soriag understood but I wasn't sure if polish was within the guidelines so I checked a couple of weeks ago to see if anybody else was selling polish and I saw that they were so I tried. Thank you for your help.

bestdealgal @soriag. After doing a little more searching. I see that several people have nail polish listed and have since at least October of last year. Mine didn't even get listed while others have been for a long time. I've written to Poshmark customer support and get nothing but an automated reply that days they'll get back to me in 24 hours and they don't. I'm new to this and just looking for answers but getting discouraged and frustrated.

soriag @bestdealgal it doesn’t matter what other people are listing or not. Poshmark rules is what you need to obey. I suggest you read the page “Guide to Poshmark” . When customer support gets back to you, that is what they will tell you to do
