katieshelton1 @kathypernice no it says sold because any transaction even canceled ones will remain on your account for record purposes it says because after I messaged you I noticed that also so I looked into it and that’s why I have the new listing up because it lets you copy and relist an item for this type of situation since it can’t be changed once it’s marked sold it will stay that way

katieshelton1 @kathypernice the money was refunded to you and technically never even sent to me so it was held out of ur account but then the hold was reversed do the funds would be available to you again in ur bank but I never actually received the payment because then people would “sell” items and never ship them to the customer if they did it that way essentially I don’t get paid until the item is confirmed delivered to the customer
