gemstogo @kathy_pawlett go to you user name, on my iPhone it is on the bottom right hand corner, gemstogo. Click on your user name and go down the list where is says your balance . Click into that and you can redeem your money as long as you have your banking already set up! Hope this helps! Let me know how you make out? Sue

gemstogo @kathy_pawlett ok it may be shipped but not yet received! When she or he excepts the conditions then you will get an email from Poshmark saying so! Then the money will be released to you! Sometimes it can take weeks before they get the package!
