I accidentally shipped you the wrong item. You should be able to choose the option wrong item sent when you go to the acceptance. I sincerely apologize. Your item was sent to another buyer and I’m working to figure it out.

Yes! I figured out the wrong item part. (I received a pair of white shorts.) When I fill out the form they want a picture. I couldn't get the picture to work. So I sent them an email Now they say they can't find my account. Will send them all the numbers and see what happens. We can work this out. No problem.

I sent all the info to Poshmark days ago. I just sent an email and told them i would like to settle this today and for them to send a mailing label so I can return these shorts. And would like to receive my shawl before it's in the 80's.

Hi-My sincerest apologies for a label mix up. You should receive a large brown box with priority stickers that should’ve went to another buyer. Your Talbots top was delivered to another buyer even though it shows as still ‘pending shipment scan.’ As This is a first time occurrence, I notified Posh inquiring about sending labels to exchange—as I think I read.

@finlair2 Posh will send you a return label. Please let them know that wrong package was received. I already did but maybe has to be initiated by buyer. So 😢 . If they send you a return to sender label to my address in LA, please add, make sure it has Apt #320 on it. The other lady is sending back your top & I will tag when received & give additional discount for inconvenience caused.

@poshbymichelle I keep getting notices from Poshmark that this has been delivered. I just checked Tracking....it is in transit. Probably just a glip in their system. Just wanted to update you.

If tracking shows in transit. That’s a good sign. Does it tell you when it’s expected to be delivered?

The package arrived. Here is a copy of the note I sent to Posh
This is to advise you that I have received the draped sweater cardigan. Follow the attachments to see all of the information. I am pleased with my purchase and would like you to pay the seller. It’s crazy….I have been getting notices that it was delivered
but it was in transit. Received the package about 30 minutes ago and no notice.
Hope this settles everything concerning this order.
