You had a choice. Return the product and get a refund. I was quick to contact Poshmark. It was a mistake on my part. Instead you chose to hold a grudge. I like to rise above pettiness. Obviously you liked the boots or you would not choose to keep them. Quite frankly Spring Step are far above Miz Mooz if you had chosen to google before being meanspirited.

You said that you would contact Poshmark re: refund. The only thing that I received from Poshmark was email asking how I would rate purchase. Don't be so childish - I'm not holding a grudge. You promised a refund but it has not been processed. I do not care about your opinion of Spring Step vs Mooz. I am not being meanspirited - you are being dishonest - saying boots were Mooz when they were not - and then not contacting Poshmark re: discount when you said that you would.

@km8550170 You need to ask for the refund on your end. Where you go to rate, there is a pull down menu for problems The girl that I talked to (Amber) said she would send you an email to start the process going - it was a mistake. I thought they were. If you wish to get a refund I will happily take the LArtiste Spring Step boots back and you can get your money back. Try on your end to see if you can go to the problem and report the error

Thank you for the email. As part of our process, we will need to have the buyer open a formal return request that is submitted from their account. We will reach out to the buyer via email with confirmation that their return request has been filed. From there, we will work with both you and the buyer towards a solution. @km8550170 Seems that since the order has been accepted you will need to contact the Poshmark team to initiate the return. This is the answer I received from Phoebe
"Hi Bernadette,
Thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, because the buyer has received the order, the funds for the order have been released to you, and we are unable to assist with a return and refund. We would need the buyer to reach out to us directly, so that we may be able to assist them further."
