mycloset_k @ripper66 I actually emailed them yesterday as I'm feeling a bit frustrated at what seems like a very long time for them to complete this process. I received this reply this morning: Thanks for your email! Our typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days, however it can take up to 7 business days due to volume or if we need to investigate cases further. We are currently experiencing a very high volume due to previous Canada Post delays. We are working to get through items as quickly as our team.
