Meet your Posher, Kathy

Hi! This Poshmark closet was created for my Mom Kathy. She is a one woman crocheting machine and has made well over 2,000 of these beautiful Fisherman style afghans since 1986. She has made them for every family member, extended family member, and friends. In fact, I have 8 of these beauties myself. My sister has about 15 of them. 🥰 My sister and I are the ones who created this Poshmark Store for her and will be the ones listing them for her. She is a retired Grandma, and this is what she does with her retired time, and we love it! These fisherman afghans have 3-D effect! They have popcorn stitches, and lattices, and it gives them a cozy 3-D look. They really are beautiful! So, you’re probably wondering why the difference in prices. The prices depend on the type of yarn that was used, and when my mom made the afghans. Some of the yarn was purchased a few years ago, before prices went up, so we share that price with you. We cannot accept offers. After the cost of the yard, and the Poshmark fees, and the upgrade and shipping fees, my mom only makes about $15-$25 on each afghan. She puts her whole heart into making these, and it shows. 🥰 I can personally give her a ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ recommendation. These afghans are thick and cozy, and gorgeous!. They actually get softer and cozier with each wash. They can be washed and dried like any other blanket. They are made from 100% acrylic yarn. Smoke and pet free home.
