shelviebrown_ I looked where I had the alexa stored and there wasn't anymore cords. I promise you it was working when I shipped to you. I'm a posh ambassador and do not, on purpose sell junk or non working items, so I assure you ot was a terrible accident. Do you have the Amazon app?
