Hi! The travel pillow was sitting in a fully heated bone dry closet at home. I did not detect any odour myself and I have one of my own which was in the same place and smells fine. The parcel would not have exceeded the allowable weight - a shoe box and pillow. I don’t get a breakdown of what you were charged for shipping but I would have thought standard $13.50 shipping fee. I wonder if it got damp in transit because I believe it took 8 days and may have been sitting somewhere

You can contact customer support to question the shipping fee. I truly am sorry but I’m not sure where am door would have arisen because I did not smell anything amiss. I wonder if a steam cycle would correct it? ❤️
