Also the people that ask you to ad them to Whatsap, and post a really nice bag for $9 but won't sell it are they scammers? Can't they be stopped, it's hard to trust what you buy

kathymccarthy08 @fridayboutique good evening I been loving Poshmark! But what happens when there are posts about items that the seller doesn't respond and the last time they were active was a couple years? Shouldn't they be deleted or considered a dead account? It is very disappointing to find something you like and not be able to purchase it. also when items are sold they should be marked "Sold" so there is no confusion. thank you there are alot of friendly and nice people here 😊

fridayboutique @kathymccarthy08 Hello again! If someone wants to sell to me on another app, I just ignore them. Poshmark handles all the transactions and gives you 3 days to make sure the item is exactly as described. They also handle complaints quickly so I just keep things on the app.

kathymccarthy08 @fridayboutique I am talking about things posted on here for sale and the seller hasn't been active for years. one was 2015 another 2021 etc. Also had them say something is sold but it's not marked as sold. that would fix alot of confusion lol

fridayboutique @kathymccarthy08 It is great that you noticed how long since someone has been on app. Sometimes it could be a while but they are still selling the items. I was not actively in app in the past & someone made a purchase & I filled it. That doesn’t always happen but you could put item in a bundle & see if they respond.

fridayboutique @kathymccarthy08 If something seems to good to be true , it usually is so I just pass it up. Like buying a new Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci handbag for under $500 is a replica. You can report it to Poshmark. Poshmark tries to catch that but there are so many quickly signing in new accounts so it may take a day or 2.

kilikina777 @kathymccarthy08 Poshmark should be able to help you or cancel the order. Posters can put a vacation hold on their closets if they do not want the items active. You would be able to see the closet but not purchase.

kilikina777 @kathymccarthy08 Hi.. I am sorry to hear you are having a hard time resolving this. When you are in your closet and go under purchases and click the iten, it should give you options, and one of them should be to cancel the order.

kathymccarthy08 @kilikina777 thank you I checked and they had canceled the order for me but it will take time for me to receive it, I don’t think it is fair because it wasn’t my fault I didn’t receive my purchase, it wasn’t like a return I should of been compensated, this gives me a bad feeling about how Poshmark handles things now.
