According to our records, this order was accepted and an official claim was not requested by the buyer. At this time, we kindly ask that you have the buyer reach out to us directly so we can better assist them.”

kathyt504 @sunnyreyes I left a message directly to Posh I know now to make sure I received the right product before I accept it. I saw that it was shipped and delivered so I accepted I didn't want to hold up someone money. I NEVER had this happen. It's at week now and I still don't have it.
