@zhana19 ok let me explain something to you wen I order something the funds comes right out of my account wat shoes I got from you last time I order from you it was cancel so that's wat you need to do is contact postmark and see where your money is that's one thing I dont do is take from anyone you got the wrong person how much was it and wat it was so I can screen shot that soon as the order gets recieved it comes directly out of my account

That's why I'm asking you to be a little kinder next time. I work so hard and for one rating to damage that... well, I just think you could have kinder here.

Afternoon! Unfortunately, it seems as if I screwed the labels up. I accidentally sent you _________. And someone else received your shoes. You have to file a claim and send the item back. You can choice to be sent your original order or request a refund as long as all items are in their original state. My apologies for the mix up.
