susilee Hi, could you explain to me the condition the Gap ball cap you bought from he was in? When I packaged it, it was packaged flat and slid inside a mailing bag? I’m wondering if something happened in shipping...either way, I am SOOOOO sorry you received it in that condition. That is NOT the way I conduct my Poshmark transactions. 😢
