thexthletter Hi Kati just saw your comment about the odor, what kind of odor was it because I just picked it up from our laundry service ? Did the box get damaged ?

kriebold @thexthletter Hey there. It was a musty kind of odor, not that of laundry detergent or anything. I don't know if maybe it was super concentrated because of the plastic bag it was in, but as soon as I opened it my husband could even smell it from across the room. It's all good though. I soaked it in dreft and will run it through the wash. I really love it and appreciate the amazing deal!

kriebold @a90schick I’m not sure what you want me to say? The straps on the bag are brown and dirty. I scrubbed them with a magic eraser and got most of it off but this was a major flaw not listed in the posting

I would have accepted a return if you were unhappy but you never responded to me after I got back to you within 24 hours.
