freetobeposh I am so very sorry that the Billabong pants did not work out for you. I do not feel that way about the sizing and I am sorry we didn’t discuss that before your purchase. I also haven’t noticed the threads. The pants have only been worn a couple of times and were priced at $60 when I purchased them. For the price you purchased them, I would hope that a few stitches could have been mended. I do apologize however as I didn’t state that as a problem in the description— an oversight. Apologies
