I will ship you the correct item tomorrow, and message you right away with the tracking number to verify that it is on its way. You can just keep both items as a courtesy for my error. sandiware Beware…I ordered an Athleta dress xs from this seller. She was amazing about shipping. When I received item, it was so stretched out my daughter was swimming in it. If you look at my poshmark history we order athleta xs all the time. Athleta typically runs snug! Reached out to this seller with a picture asking her if we could return it. Mind you it was $50 . She had zero sympathy and denied the request . I understand it’s a pain to deal with a return, but it was the right thing to do.

crystalena529 hi I recently bought from you what I thought was the dress by Athleta. It was advertised as dress and appeared so on the mannequin. so I bought it, and it was very much a shirt that I could do nothing with. I was bummed & reached out to you directly to get this figured out even offering to return and pay shipping – I was even willing to pay shipping but you ignored me. This could NEVER be worn as a dress. it didn't even cover my butt.

crystalena529 hi there and thanks for the response. You’re trying to hang the owners of this on me – for not looking at the measurements. But you’re the one selling it and it was clearly a shirt. Anybody who holds up the item can see it’s a short and it is not a dress. Now you put it on a mannequin it looks like a dress.

crystalena529 So yeah, I don’t always look at measurements. When something says it’s a small shirt or small dress, generally it fits me because I am a typical small and a dresser shirt. But this was a shirt! I don’t know how you could put the item on the mannequin, and then put the item in the package and not see that it’s clearly a shirt.

crystalena529 I tried to communicate with you to tell you that I would pay for shipping back but didn’t hear from you. It’s your responsibility is the seller to at least label it is the correct item of clothing. I don’t split hairs about secondhand items because I know you win some loose some when you buy something that’s off the Internet and secondhand. But I do take a shoe and some thing is labeled as a dress and it would only fit a four-year-old as a dress.

crystalena529 if you want to boil this down to a technicality you measured, maybe you covered your bases; from a customer service perspective you wouldn’t be happy at all if you bought some thing that was the completely different product, and advertised on THREE sites. how you could pack this item and send it as a dress it's crystal clear it would only fit a toddler as a dress!? I'm out $40 and have something useless. Anyhow it’s over and thanks for the response and take care.

I will again say, all Poshmark returns will be either approved or not approved by Poshmark. Not the seller. If you are not satisfied with your return details, please contact Poshmark support directly, and please do not continue to come at me publicly when I had no say in Poshmark's decision.
