katimorris1005 @fab_fashionista oh my gosh I’m so sorry I just realized this size is going to be way too small 😢 can I cancel? I bought one that is size 55 and it’s big but I think the 52 is going to be way to small to go on the side of it😭

fab_fashionista @katimorris1005 pandora doesn’t have size 55 only 52, 54 and 56. If you brought a 54 you purchased a 7 a 56 would be a 7.5. If you are able to cancel on your end you can do that. I cannot cancel on my end because Poshmark counts it against me and I can loose seller privileges

katimorris1005 @fab_fashionista okay I think this must be a 7.5 so I would need size 54 to go on either side to make it fit tighter! I sent a message to Poshmark to try to cancel but if I can’t it’s okay! I can either resell or wear it on another finger :) thank you for being so understanding!!

Sorry I can’t help more but I’ve had to cancel 6 in the past month because buyers have requested and they sent me a warning since I’m a Poshmark ambassador it affects that status. I’ll hold off to ship until Saturday to give time for them to respond to you.

katimorris1005 @fab_fashionista they just got back to me and said for you to not ship it and after 10 days I can cancel and be refunded or you as the seller can cancel on your end. If you do not want to cancel please do not ship so I can be refunded! Thank you!!!

fab_fashionista @katimorris1005 but how will that help me? In their last warning email they told me not to cancel orders because it can hurt my status and if I wait 10 days and allow you to cancel that’s worse because it looks like I never ship packages! If they can cancel it or say that I won’t receive a strike on my account, fine.

fab_fashionista @katimorris1005 yes because this is an unfair mess. I had other offers on that ring and a lot of likes and when I accepted yours it closed out of the other two offers and now I will loose all of the likes I had on it and will have to relist it for sale all over again. That’s really unfair to me when I did nothing wrong.

fab_fashionista @katimorris1005 I don’t want to send you something you don’t want, I’m just really disappointed in this issue. That’s why I said if Poshmark can cancel it and put it back for sale that would be helpful. If they want me to cancel I get a strike and have to relist it. Idk what to do it’s just really unfair.

fab_fashionista @katimorris1005 hello. The order was cancelled by Poshmark. I’m not sure what you told them but now I’ve lost all of the likes on my items and it cannot be placed back on sale. When I accepted your offer I lost two other interested buyers. This entire situation was very unfair for me. You should now have your refund. Take care.
