poshgaga Hi Katia. I just picked up my shoes, my Dad had heart surgery - wasn’t able to get there til now. One shoe is a size 11, the other a 9. It is preposterous to think someone would be okay with this. Please remedy immediately. Thank you.

poshgaga I don’t know how to send emails on here - I was unable to initiate return, the rating screen kept auto-populating no matter how I tried to get around it. I also don’t have a printer so an emailed return label isn’t possible right now. It was on my end for the late pick-up and missing return window, but the difference in size is hard not to notice. The shoes are beautiful - just incredibly unfortunate to be that far apart in size.

poshgaga @knitknack14 ok thanks, no problem. Once the order was canceled the rating did, too. Poshmark sent email: Thank you for reaching out to us! We're happy to help with your inquiry. You may edit a rating by going to My Purchases > Selecting the order > Edit Rating. When I do it that it just says canceled - so it doesn’t apply. Thank you for the great offer on the shoes - I’ve had things happen as seller, too. I understand.
