I believe I am confused- the item says delivered- you said you haven't received it - yet rated the item with the lowest possible rating - if usps says it was delivered and you didn't receive it - rather than rating me a bad seller - we need to locate your package for you - agreed? katieallen1331 @kfab333 I didn’t say I didn’t. I said that it did not give me the option to accept order. It only allowed me to rate. Why would I rate something I had not received? However it did come last night.
